As with so much in life, there are things the graduate can do to make that relationship successful or not.

- What do I want to do?
- Where do I want to work?
- What do I have to offer to an employer?
Get advice from your university, your family and friends, but also from your recruitment company. It might seem obvious, but don’t wait until the last few weeks of your education to address the issue.
