This organisation operates with an open door policy with all senior management available to all employees. There is a regular updates and blogs which are completed by the by Managing Director and Amenity Director. The regional directors attend bi annual team briefings and answer any questions. The Managing Director knows all employees on first name terms and interacts with employees at all levels.
The business has to adhere to seasonal trends as dictated by the weather, therefore all employees are allowed flexibility in their working hours in the quiet season to compensate for the additional hours they may work in the busy season.
The company is involved with the majority of industry awards ceremonies and recognise’s all employee successes, on specific company achievements for example when the company had their first million pound day sales, to celebrate their success each employee received a bottle of champagne. The Managing Director sends personal note to employees on birthdays and employees are also recognised for their years of service.
