There has been a range of team events held regularly throughout the year such as dinners, sporting activities and ski trips. Formal team building events have involved upgrading an allotment attached to a children’s centre. As part of the challenge, employees were involved in putting down paving slabs between the beds so that it would be more easily accessible for wheelchair users.
