He holds a monthly briefing with everyone from the company where he updates employees on any news or developments that affect the organisation and invites questions and comments. A selection of employees are given the opportunity once a month to sit down with the head of the organisation for lunch so he can get feedback directly about their work and how happy they are.
They have a trained mentor within the organisation who is available to discuss any issues staff may have with things such as how to manage stress. Employee hours are monitored through monthly timesheets which are handed to their managers who will review the amount of time they spend at work before recommending the use of flexi-time where appropriate, therefore helping to maintain a positive work/life balance. They are also in the process of providing training sessions to staff through an external wellbeing consultant.
The senior management within the organisation are given 360 degree feedback on their performance which is delivered through an external coach ensuring that they are constantly aware of their performance from all angles.
