Alfred Dunhill encourage wellbeing within the organisation by providing fresh fruit every day, they also have a place on the 5th floor of the office where employees can go on their breaks and lunch, this is a relaxation room with terrace, sofas and television. There is also time in lieu available for employees who work weekends or time for traveling within reason.
To recognise outstanding contributions, achievements or new ideas Alfred Dunhill have a retail jet setter programme also those employees who have 25 – 40 years of service with the organisation receive a cash reward commensurate with service. Employees are also recognised with informal and adhoc rewards given by senior and departmental managers.
