This organisation provide a range of training activities which are available to all employees, these include Customer Excellence Training, NVQ's and Apprenticeships. To support the understanding of the business for new starters there is also a Corporate Induction and Core Learning available. All employees are encouraged all to share knowledge within their team and at team meetings after attending a learning activity.
Aspire Housing ensure that all employees are rewarded for their efforts by holding celebration events and providing recognition awards to employees for going above and beyond their role. Recognition is also shown with additional annual leave and thank you vouchers. The pay and benefits are regularly benchmarked to ensure they reward and recognise colleagues in the best way.
To support and protect the local community employees have been involved in a range of activities such as tree planting at local schools and held community fun days, they have also carried out environmental improvements to properties.
