Audley Travel provides a wide range of benefits to its employees with a Contributory Pension Scheme, on site gym with the option to attend free weekly classes with Audley's personal instructor and a variety of sports clubs such as tennis, football, cricket, badminton. There is also a relaxation room where employees can relax during lunch time and read magazines and watch TV. There are also free eye examinations and annual flu vaccinations available to all employees.
With the office located in the Oxfordshire countryside in a converted blanket mill, Audley offices have large glass windows, exposed brick walls and are set within 12 acres of land, alongside the river Windrush, the office energy is bought through the EDF Green Energy scheme which promises to purchase the equivalent amount of energy as Audley Travel use from renewable sources. Within the office they recycle all office paper, plastic and other substances and estimate that 60% of our waste is recycled or composted. Employees also have the opportunity to have their own allotments where they can grow their own vegetables.
This organisation has a informal activities such as May Day, employees through out the day have a range of different activities at work, including cake baking competition, vote to soak a manager in the stocks, BBQ and an evening of fun sports and games outside in the office grounds. There is also a summer party which has a Wild West theme and is set in the office grounds, employee friends and family are also invited to join in. Other events include All Hallows Eve and the annual Christmas party.
