Personal Growth

There are various training opportunities for employees. There are weekly departmental meetings where everyone contributes to the group about what they have learned in the last week. Leadership

The Senior Management are members of company sports teams where they compete alongside employees of all levels. Senior Management attend weekly Friday evening events where food and drink is supplied free of charge to all employees. The Leader sets challenges. He is not afraid to give people the chance to prove themselves. He hires people with the desire to succeed no matter what their qualifications and experience. All that matters is that he believes in them and they will be passionate about the job. Almost every member of the sales and marketing teams have been trained completely from scratch and have all had to work their way up. The Leader is passionate about the business and the industry and that passion is reflected in his management style. Having started his career in aviation at the bottom, loading cargo aircraft, he knows that anything is possible and that trusting people and giving them responsibility will bring the best out of everyone. His philosophy is to create a supportive and hard working environment where people are rewarded and will share in the company’s success. His introduction of significant bonuses for non-sales staff is an illustration of this. While the sales staff get an industry leading level of commission, he understands that without the admin support staff, the salesman would not be able to do their job. Therefore at the end of the year, depending on the success of the company, the admin staff get a generous bonus around Christmas.
