There is a wide range of training activities for employees such as teaching certificates, degrees, equality and diversity. The company operates monthly workshops which involves all team leaders. These meetings focus on sharing best practice in different areas of the business, this is also supported by employees meeting on a quarterly basis to define best practice and implement new procedures within the departments.
All managers are required to hold an externally accredited management qualification, this is fully funded by the organisation and time off for study leave is available. The regional managers provide day to day support and guidance for managers, in addition to this the organisation has recently introduced a programme for internal management training.
The teams within Aspiration very often socialise on both formal and informal activities, these includes karting, cinema and meals out. In addition to this there is also two company events held each year, the Christmas party and the summer event.
