Should an employee have any questions, comments, ideas or advice about the business they wish to share with the leader they are strongly encouraged to put it forward, all of which will be responded to within eight hours of submitting the feedback. The senior management team will walk through the building on a daily basis in an effort to interact and engage with the employees.
Whenever employees are engaged on major contracts they are given the opportunity to work from home to help them balance their work and home life. For those new Mothers who have just returned from maternity leave they are given the flexibility to work part time for a given period to ease them back into work. Acs are in the process of developing a new wellbeing programme.
At the company AGM employees are recognised under a range of categories promoting successes within the business. The management team nominate and vote people for various awards including Employee of the Year, Support Person of the Year, Most Improved, Newcomer and Team of the Year. They also have a Player’s Player of the Year which is voted for exclusively by the employee’s to recognise one individual amongst their peers.
