This organisation provides support to their managers with internal management development training programme, in addition to this there is coaching and mentoring from line management. There is a range of seminars and managers forums and updates which employees are able to attend as appropriate.
Arcimedes is a small company comprising of varied and interesting roles, over a wide range of ages and levels which gives employees the opportunity to develop skills and to tap into the knowledge and experience of others. Within this company employees can be recognised for their efforts and performance with letters from the CEO. There is an annual reward called the CEO award, nominations are made by departmental heads and the winner is agreed by the Awards Committee.
To encourage team work there is a variety of offsite and informal departmental social evenings which are regularly held through out the year. These team bonding sessions includes activities such as quiz nights.
